Niion AI 10X Privacy Policy

Niion AI 10X ("Niion", ad.indobase.in) lets businesses schedule and publish posts to the social accounts they connect. This policy explains what Niion stores and why.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to provide Niion: publish and schedule the content you create, show you the status and performance of those posts, and let you manage replies to them. We do not sell personal data, use data from connected networks for advertising, or share it with other customers.

Google user data

When you connect Google Business Profile or YouTube, Niion asks Google for your basic profile (name, email, picture) and permission to manage your business listings or channel. Niion uses that access only to list the locations or channel you can publish to, publish the posts you schedule, and show their performance. Niion's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Niion does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not let people read it except with your consent, for security, or as the law requires.

YouTube

Niion uses the YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel, Niion asks Google for: your basic profile and email (to show which Google account is connected); read-only access to your YouTube account (youtube.readonly: to list your channel so you can pick it, and to read the view, like and comment counts of videos you published through Niion); permission to upload videos (youtube.upload: to upload the videos you schedule in Niion, with the title, description, privacy setting and thumbnail you chose, at the time you chose); and read-only YouTube Analytics (yt-analytics.readonly: to show your channel's views and watch time on Niion's analytics page). Niion does not upload, change or delete anything on your channel except the videos you schedule.

By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Niion's access at any time on your Google Account connections page, or delete the channel in Niion, which deletes the stored tokens and revokes the access at Google.

Cookies and browser storage

Niion stores information on your device only to run the service. It sets first-party cookies to keep you signed in (auth), remember the workspace and language you chose (showorg, org, i18next), protect social sign-in against forgery (oauth_state), and let Niion's support staff see the app as you do when you ask them for help (impersonate, set only in the staff member's browser). Except i18next, these cookies are set for the whole indobase.in domain, so your browser also sends them to other websites under indobase.in. In your browser's local storage it keeps your time zone, unit preference, which sidebar groups are open, the page to return to after sign-in, and the page, referring site and campaign tag you first arrived with. Niion does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies or scripts. You can clear them in your browser settings; you will then need to sign in again.

Where it is stored and who receives it

Niion runs on a server we operate. Content is sent to the networks you choose when you publish. Uploaded media is served from unguessable public links so those networks can fetch it. Tokens never leave our server except in requests to the network that issued them. We disclose data when the law requires it.

Disconnecting accounts

Delete a channel in Niion (Calendar → Channels → ⋮ → Delete) and Niion deletes its stored tokens immediately and cancels its scheduled posts; for YouTube and Google Business Profile Niion also revokes the access at Google. You can also remove Niion's access from the network itself; when Facebook, Instagram or Threads tell us you removed the app, Niion deletes the tokens automatically. LinkedIn access expires 60 days after it was granted; you can end it earlier at LinkedIn → Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.

Deleting your data

See How to delete your Niion data. Deleting your Niion account replaces your identifying details with one-way hashes, deletes the workspaces you own and erases the tokens of their connected accounts. Uploaded media files are not deleted automatically; email us and we delete them.

Retention

Workspace content is kept until you delete it or your account. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the service.
